Founded in late 2014 as US Military Maintenance, our mission is to employ military veterans in our community and pay them a living wage. In August of 2016 we changed our name to Veterans Elite Services to better represent who we are and what we do.

There is a famous quote from Winston Churchill that we have adopted to help us develop, refine and grow VES: “In War: Resolution. In Defeat: Defiance. In Victory: Magnanimity. In Peace: Good Will.”

In war: Our veterans had the personal resolve to serve our great country.

In defeat: If you are not ready to work with us today we will earn your trust and business over time. When you’re ready, you will be excited to work with us!

In Victory: We will always show generosity to our staff and our clients. Staff receives flexible schedules and above market pay. Clients receive exceptional service, dedication, and a commitment to ‘inspection ready’ results.

In Peace: Good will to all including competitors, critics, our friends, fans and allies.
