We offer valet trash and bulk item removal services for apartments in the Indianapolis area, ensuring a cleaner, more enjoyable living environment for tenants and property managers alike.

We provide each unit in the complex with a trash bin branded with our company name, logo, and pickup time, along with general instructions for tenants. Our pickup hours are between 5 pm and 9 pm from Sunday to Thursday. We transport trash bags to the on-site large dumpster and document any violations or maintenance issues for the property manager. Additionally, we offer large bulk item removal once a week, covering items like furniture, couches, mattresses, and other miscellaneous large bulk items left on the property.
