In 1946 Mike and Rose Marcezin started the Twin Village Salvage Co. They handled paper, rags, iron, and non-ferrous metals. Employing between 10 to 15 full time and some part time people. In 1976 the business was sold to their son Nicholas, and is still a family run business with Rose Marcezin, actively involved in the business.
