Tri-River Ventures Inc. is a company that mainly focuses on acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resources properties.Tri-River takes a 95% interest in a poly-metallic mineral exploration property (the “Lianlong Property”) located in Sichuan Province, China.The Lianlong Property consists of an 8.87 km2 Exploration Permit located on the eastern edge of the Tibetan Plateau. Historical exploration work on the property by a Chinese geological team discovered four steeply dipping zones of mineralization containing values in copper, silver, lead, zinc, and tin. Widely spaced surface trenching along the four mineralized zones has indicated potentially economic grades, especially in Zone 1, which has been traced for 440 meters along strike. The best trench contains 6.29 meters (approximately true width) averaging 2.86% copper, 153.6 grams per ton gold, and 5.38% combined lead and zinc.
