Tri-Chord manufactures the most thermally efficient steel framing components available. Tri-Chord studs have the highest thermal, seismic, acoustic and fire ratings of all steel framing and will meet the thermal transference of wood. Tri-Chord Thermal Steel Studs are structural and will carry almost 7,000 lbs. per stud. The Tri-Chord Stud and Truss System were designed to minimize thermal bridging and contains 66-68% post-consumer recycled content.
