Some residents are not physically able to haul their unwanted items to the compactor or dump site and that’s where we come in to help. We can haul off bulk items from the onsite excess community furniture disposal area. Our staff will remove all the unwanted items from the property to be disposed of and help take the burden off the maintenance staff.

Express Pickup Service For On-site Bulk Item Junk Removal

Our professional staff will come to the development in a timely manner after the order is placed. We will pickup large items that will not go into the compactor or dumpsters. We also will pick up the bulk items from the compactor or dumpster area upon request.
