Total Scrap Management (TSM) is a multi-faceted recycling facility located at 4250 North Service Road in Windsor, Ontario. Originally opened in 1947, it was a relatively small establishment on Howard Avenue known as Remington Recycling Station; a scrap-management company which paid outside interests to dispose of excess metal from stamping operations. The company was sold in 1975, and in 1990 moved to its’ current location on North Service Road. It was purchased by the current proprietors in 2005, at which time it underwent both a change of name, as well as an expansion of the list of services that it provides.
