Total Fiber Recovery @ Chesapeake is a Unbleached Recycled Pulp manufacturing plant located in Chesapeake VA. The plant transforms recycled paper (Old Corrugated Containers & Mixed Papers) by screening & cleaning out contaminants in order to produce a clean, consistent, pulp for the production of new packaging & specialty applications.
