Prior to starting Total Disposal in March of 2001, Mark Hiskes had over 30 years of waste management experience with his father George Hiskes, Sr. and brother, George Hiskes, Jr. Today, Mark and his wife Carol are joined by their sons Benjamin, Zachary and Luke; working together to grow a dynamic waste hauling business alongside a recycling and transfer facility.

Total Disposal offers Roll-off dumpsters, Commercial dumpsters and Residential curb-side Service to contractors, homeowners, organizations, commercial/retail business and industrial sites. A productive job site relies on dependable sub-contractors. Total Disposal understands this; which is why we make every effort to be on time with deliveries and pickups, and to have boxes available when you need them. We offer roll-off dumpsters from 10 to 40 cubic yards, and commercial dumpsters from 1 ½ to 8 cubic yards. We service Northwest Indiana and Chicago’s south suburbs. Total Disposal remains at the Blaine Street location, and has expanded to offer additional services.

Blaine Street Partners, LLC is a recycling and transfer facility where contractors or individuals can dump non-hazardous solid waste and construction materials.

Outer Space Mobile Storage supplies portable storage containers for sale or rent. We deliver the container, and you fill it. For temporary storage or permanent use, we have the container you need.

All three companies are dedicated to their customers, their employees and the local community. Total Disposal is a member of NSWMA (National Solid Waste Management Association), NFIB (National Federation of Independent Businesses), and several other community and civic organizations. We are an independent group of companies, all owned and operated by the Hiskes family. We are here to help you manage your garbage.
