One family out of the heart of Southern Orange County, had a dream and vision of recycling cooking oil to change the world "One gallon at a time."  The family takes pride and joy working in the resturant industy servicing cooking oil to make for a better place to live for all of us.

T&J collect oil from all different types of resutaunts, pubs, and convienient stores. We like to collect from a wide range of resuraunts with a variety of different cuisines: American, Spanish, Asian and African, Eruopean, and Mediteraniean. The world and especially the U.S. is becoming one large melting pot of many different types of cultures and food to make for a better place. T&J believes taking those different cultures and lifestyles and work together to make each other strive for success and the world to change "One galon at a time."
