We’re Elias Guzman and Jordy Villanueva, co-founders of The Junk Gorillas. Growing up in families of hardworking entrepreneurs, we were raised with the values of grit, integrity, and the drive to build something meaningful. Motivated to create our own path, we made the decision to turn our vision into reality. Today, we’re proud to serve the DMV area with a service that makes a difference.

Our Story

The Junk Gorillas was founded in 2023 on a simple belief: we’re not just removing junk, we’re helping people start fresh. Whether you’re clearing out a home, office, or yard, we approach every job with care, respect, and zero judgment.

We started right here in Potomac, MD, because we saw a gap between what people needed and what they were getting. Too many junk removal companies treat your stuff like it doesn’t matter — show up late, quote one price and charge another, toss everything in a landfill and call it a day. That’s not us. We built The Junk Gorillas to be the kind of company we’d want to hire ourselves.

We’re young entrepreneurs who are also actively pursuing degrees in engineering. We’re men of faith. We’re a proud Hispanic-owned business with several years of experience in junk removal and demolition. Every job we take on reflects the values we were raised with — hard work, honesty, and treating people right.
