E.B. Horn will provide refunds for all items returned, with sales receipts, within fourteen days. Items must be returned in original condition and must be unworn. Personalized, customized, or other specially ordered items are excluded. If a customer does not have a sales receipt, a merchandise credit or gift certificate will be issued if the item is returned within 14 days.
