John, the owner of Team Green Junk Removal, had been doing brush, yard clean-up, and junk removal for a couple of years now on a casual side-job basis.

As he found himself getting busier and busier, he decided to take his business to the next level. He started branding everything under Team Green Junk removal and developing an online presence.

His goal was to emphasize the “Green Part”.

He preferred to have as much stuff recycled and reused, as opposed to sending it to the landfill as trash. His goal was to recycle as much as possible and his business currently likes to recycle metal, electronics, clothing, yard waste, furniture, appliances, etc.

One of the main reasons he started this side business was because he was hearing too many stories of people hiring contractors and other junk removal services, only to be left disappointed with the results.

He strongly believed that he “could build a local service that could do far better” and leave people feeling satisfied with what they’ve paid for.

Focused on providing a very friendly and personal service, he’s often joked that he loses at least 10-15 min per job, just talking to people.

But, he also believes that this quality and friendliness builds great rapport and repeat business with all of my customers.

Today, his company follows his great work ethic and high desire to provide great customer satisfaction.

At the end of the day, Team Green cares about its customers and the interactions they have with them. “We often go out of our way to complete a few small extra details to make sure our customers always have a great experience.”
