Founded in early 2024 in Bellingham, Wa. Swooper was created to make life a easier and more convenient for dog owners by eliminating the least favorite chore of all—scooping dog poop!

Having picked up after our own dogs for years, the founders of Swoopers recognized that pooper scooping was an overlooked service in Bellingham. They set out to make dog ownership a bit more enjoyable by solving this messy part of pet care.​
