Back in the 1940's, OF "Orrie" Swift first opened Swift's Auto Salvage. As the business grew his son Dale came onboard to help manage the growing venture. In 1975 Dale purchased the salvage yard and it flourished.  Dale’s sons Mike and Steve grew up at the yard and worked there throughout high school and joined Dale full time after graduation. In 1999, Mike and Steve ventured out on their own and purchased Trails End Auto Salvage. They started small with a few thousand cars, old equipment and an ancient computer system.  Now the Swift’s have come full circle, combining the best of both auto salvage yards in one - Swift’s Trails End Auto Recycling.
