Sutter Gold has two projects: the Lincoln Project located in Amador County, on the California Mother Lode Gold Belt, and the Santa Theresa Project located in the Northern Baja region of Mexico.  The Company has placed the Lincoln Mine Project on care and maintenance.   In Mexico, Sutter holds the rights to the geologically similar, high-grade El Alamo district of northern Baja. Sutter Gold Mining Inc. is a Vancouver, British Columbia company, with a management office in Lakewood, Colorado and its mine office in Sutter Creek, California. The Company's shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange -- Venture Board (TSX-V) under the symbol "SGM" and on the U.S. Over-the-Counter market (OTCQX) under the symbol "SGMNF".  The Company currently controls a significant land position of the Mother Lode, in California, with advanced work and exploration programs completed on surrounding land holdings.   In Mexico, Sutter Gold holds the rights to the geologically similar, high-grade El Alamo district of northern Baja, where historic mining to the water table produced mined grades of 30 to 60 g/t gold.
