OUR BEGINNING

In May of 1974 Mr. Jack Stanphill along with his wife Thelma and his oldest son Gary started Stanphill Sanitation.

Jack was a full-time school teacher and Gary had recently graduated High School. Jack coming from a family of Entrepreneurs and having the Summer months off came up with the idea that his home town of Pierce City needed a way to dispose of it's household garbage and to give Gary full-time employment. They approached the town Mayor, got the okay and purchased their first trash truck, thus the family business was born!

Now, three generations later, Jason and his wife Dana manage the Business. Jack and Thelma would be proud to know that Gary still works on the daily operations.

This Company was founded on hard-work to please the local citizens and to help maintain a cleaner township environment. Our goal is still to satisfy our customer and to provide an easier way to remove waste material. We are blessed that God has given us the opportunity to serve the people that keep our cherished family Business going.
