We meet these needs in two ways. The first, is by offering a wide range of standard base models. Secondly, if there is not a standard model type and rating that closely matches your requirements, our experienced professional engineering staff can modify a standard model or design a custom unit to exactly fit your requirements. There is usually no cost penalty or significant time delay for modified standard models or custom units. This is because we use standard stock components and sub assembles in special units and draw upon our forty year experience to optimize the unit configuration. We seldom encounter any requirement that we have not successfully dealt with in the past. 

Spartan Manufacturing Corporation standard models include cold high pressure, hot high pressure, steam and combustion systems. With our custom units, we frequently build all electric heated, explosion proof and those using existing plant steam as an external heat source. Our custom systems also include central systems to supply any number of remotely located cleaning stations with or without remote control.Instantaneous demand type commercial water heaters are also available in our standard PRO-Line model series. These are sometimes used to convert existing cold water pressure washers (any brand) to hot high pressure washers. However, their biggest application is for heating large volumes of water quickly for industrial/commercial uses.
