Southern Steel Engineers, LLC was founded in 2017 by Tyler Sease in Lexington, SC with a desire to create a specialized structural engineering firm focused on steel design and construction. The firm was established to provide our clients with superb service and efficient structural designs to make their projects a success. Our firm is passionate about the structural steel industry and has focused our services around steel building design, steel connection design, steel stairs, shop drawing reviews and more.

Our team is well versed in structural steel design, fabrication, detailing, costs and estimating, and erection and has many years of experience working in the steel industry. With our experience, knowledge and reliability, we are uniquely positioned to help make our client's projects successful.

Our principal engineers have over 27 years of experience, including working directly for major fabricators. Experience includes countless large and complex projects across the U.S.

• CERTIFICATIONS

Licenses include PE (Professional Engineer), SE (Structural Engineer) and CWI (Certified Welding Inspector). We are licensed in 33 states including the majority of the Eastern U.S.
