From custom jewelry design to jewelry repair, we have all of your jewelry needs covered. Our personal jeweler, Brian, has over 2 decades of experience and works patiently on each piece taking the time that each customer would desire. In our convenient onsite shop, Brian works on almost any jewelry repair. As you become more familiar with us, you will find that he works on even the most peculiar requests in a very timely manner. Our quality and workmanship are evident in each and every repair.
When it comes to watch repair, we have the most dedicated and experienced repairman you will ever meet. Willie has been in the business for more than 40 years and happily continues to provide his services to those who come into Smith’s Jewelers. He works hard replacing watch batteries, changing watch bands, replacing crystals and seals, and even restringing pearls! Come see us for even your most complex watch needs.
We are happy to help you with your custom design needs, whether it be that one of a kind jewelry piece or re-purposing old stones. Our sales associates lead you through the entire process, even utilizing computer aided designs (CAD) to see the piece before it is made to ensure it is exactly the way you want it to be.
CAD is an innovative software used to simulate an accurate image of the custom design a customer is creating. It is a great way to really visualize a custom piece before it is made.
Make any gift even more personal with the personalization of custom engraving. Smith’s Jewelers offers engraving on the inside of most of our rings and on the backs of our Seiko and Movado watches. Other items ready for an engraved personal message are our charms, pendants, money clips, and plaques. Many customers choose to engrave special dates, names, and events to make a gift extra special.
It is possible for your jewelry to shine as bright as the day you purchased it. For basic at-home jewelry care, we recommend a few items to keep your collection in pristine shape: jewelry wipes for your sterling items, liquid cleaner for your diamonds and gemstones, and even the travel size diamond dazzle stik that fits right in your carry on bag! We also offer buffing and polishing as a lifetime complimentary service for items purchased through Smith’s and only at a small charge for those items purchased elsewhere.
