Slay Steel, Inc., a family-owned company and AISC certified fabricator located in Meridian, Mississippi, has provided full-service structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication under the same management since its founding in 1984. Our skilled workforce at Slay Steel offers exemplary service to our customers and is proud to have the resources, equipment, and expertise to meet our customers’ specifications and requirements, ensuring each project is of the highest quality at a competitive price.

With a 100,000+ square-foot shop under one roof, and situated on more than 18 acres, Slay Steel has the capacity to produce up to 10,000 tons of fabricated steel annually. In our shop, we use state-of-the-art innovative equipment throughout our production process. We have two paint bays, both of which are heated. We also have a full line warehouse and service center, along with a machine shop. We offer processing, hydraulic services and hose repair, bending and forming. We have our own fleet of trucks and over 30 trailers.

ENGINEERING
Specializing in industrial and commercial fabrication, Slay Steel offers customers in-house detailing and engineering for shop drawings. We utilize the latest electronic 3-D modeling software, such as Design Data’s SDS-2 CAD structural program, AutoSD Steel Detailing in AutoCAD, and Tekla 3-D detailing software. Our detailing/blueprint department has Oce printing and scanning capabilities, and we use Fab-Trol, a leading steel fabrication management software, trusted by more than 1,000 steel companies worldwide.
