Site Management Services was founded in the 1990’s as a waste management broker to meet the needs of the fast track shop-fitting industry.  During the course of it’s development, relationships were built with our supply chain that enables the company to offer fast, reliable skip hire transaction throughout the UK.

Having established itself within this highly competitive sector the company has since diversified into other sectors of the construction industry.  For example, house builders, property developers and asbestos contractors.

Site Management Services are based in the West Midlands. Our staff are able to offer all the many options for waste management and would welcome the opportunity to formulate ideas for your company.

Once a client has opened an account with us they will be allocated a key account manager who will look after all their sites and will be the main communication point with our company.

Believed to have been built in the 1820’s and gained listed status in 1950, Ivy House is a pleasant, three storey town house.

Its doorway is particularly attractive, with a Tuscan cornice hood and shell pediment.

It retains its original iron railings to the forecourt.

Present Day

Still retains many of it’s original features to the exterior. Although it has been converted into Site Management Services Head Office, the house has been sympathetically converted and has retained much of the grandeur of its day.
