Realizing that we cannot be everything to everybody, we spent 2005 researching, developing and refining our strategic focus. After our yearlong project was complete, we ended up with a new approach based on existing capital, capability, and market potential.

If we can't get you your parts on time within the agreed to timeframe, then what's the point in taking the order? We believe in being honest upfront, rather than take an order we cannot complete in the allotted timeframe. We recognize the importance of delivery and how we could affect the timely completing of your projects. Therefore, we conduct weekly Production meetings to review our backlog looking out 2 weeks at a time, in an effort to uncover potential issues that can jeopardize our on-time performance. This performance is tracked and charted.

Our staff is fully committed to a total quality management and continuous improvement philosophy. It begins with the careful review of project specifications and the exhaustive inspection of first article components, and continues to the ongoing evaluation of finished product. Recognizing the importance of a certified quality system, Senga became registered to AS 9100B and ISO 9001:2001 on April 21, 2010. Senga successfully completed the transition to Revision C of AS9100 in September 2011, and is now in the process of transitioning to Revision D.
