In the civil engineering and demolition industry since 2000. In May 2010 I was able to complete my qualification as master road builder HWK as the best in my year and thus further consolidate and expand my knowledge and skills.

For many years I worked as a site manager and for some time also as an authorized signatory in this area. I am therefore very familiar with the organization and management of parallel construction sites and projects, the structural and economic processes and activities, and the coordination of employees and machines.

In spring 2017 I founded the company Sebastian Bucher, master road builder from my already existing ancillary business.

In addition to these activities, I was occasionally active as a lecturer in the Chamber of Crafts in Chemnitz. It is very important to me to pass on specialist knowledge and craft know-how to our youngsters, because good training for young people preserves our craft and secures our future.
