The idea sparked when Richmond’s oldest daughter moved back home after college, bringing their household dog count to three and taking dog waste removal challenges to a whole new level. With a history of professional service-based businesses, Richmond recognized an opportunity to help busy pet parents manage one of the least enjoyable parts of dog ownership: cleaning up after their pets.
