Aluminum alloy production

The production specialization of ZAO Samara Secondary Alloys Plant is the processing of aluminum scrap and the production of a wide range of aluminum alloys in accordance with GOST 1583-93. We also have extensive experience in the manufacture of aluminum ingots according to customer specifications. The supply of raw materials and products is carried out by road from the supplier's warehouse by agreement of the parties. Delivery across the city of Samara and the Samara region is carried out on special conditions favorable to the buyer.

Aluminum alloys in the form of ingots meet the requirements of GOST 1583-93. Aluminum ingots are formed into packages weighing no more than 1 ton and tied with plastic tape. Each pack is marked with the melt number, packet weight and alloy grade.

Control over the quality of the processing process, as well as raw materials and finished products, is carried out in our own spectral laboratory.

During the production of aluminum alloys, two types of slag are formed with an aluminum content of 20% to 70%, which are also sold to consumers for further processing.
