S & J Excavation & Concrete LLC, is located in Southern Indiana. S & J specializes in residential, municipal and commercial excavation to include but not limited to, site excavation, demolition, driveways, building pads, footers, foundations, ponds/ pond repair, septics systems, waterline new/repairs, time and material excavation services, mass excavation, sanitary sewer, storm sewer. S&J is bonded, insured and prequalified with the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) and Department of Public Works. We are certified as both MBE and WBE and are recognized by INDOT.

S & J Excavation is a veteran owned company. Owner and President Shanty Morrow spent 7 years in the United States Marine Corps, 4 of which was spent as a combat instructor. Shanty enlisted in February of 2000 and was stationed in North Carolina.

​Vice President Jeremy started in the excavation field in 2004. From 2008 to 2016 he worked through local 181 as a heavy equipment/ Crane operator. He worked on such projects as the Milton/Madison bridge as well as both Bridges in Louisville Ky. Owners Shanty Morrow and Jeremy Morrow established this company in April 2016. They wanted to spend more time with their family and grow a company that their children could be part of and help grow. On most days you can find Jeremy and Shanty along with some of their kids on job sites or in equipment. When you call the phone numbers listed you will speak directly to them. S&J is a growing company with a small family feel. At S&J we believe in long term relationships, a lot of our customers are now regarded as friends.
