The Ribtejo landfill is made up of two disposal cells, Cell 1 currently in operation, and Cell 2 in the licensing phase, which amount to a total disposal capacity of 1,200,000 tons, guaranteeing an immediate response capacity to collection of a large heterogeneity of waste, of the most varied densities, with suitable unloading conditions for any type of vehicle.

We have equipment, personnel and best environmental practices (BAT) that allow us to minimize the environmental impacts of the installation, namely through:

Maximizing the occupation of landfill space, allowing excellent stability of the waste mass, with minimal leachate production;

Use of inert waste in recovery operations, such as construction of internal paths and covering waste, minimizing the use of virgin raw materials;

Routing of leachate and biogas produced through the respective drainage, elevation and treatment systems;

Existence of highly specialized labor, with extensive experience in the sector, to guarantee the recognized quality of our services.
