Reinford Farms is located in the rolling hills of central PA. Dairy farming has been our livelihood for several generations.

In 2008, we stumbled upon the possibility of recycling food waste on our dairy farm. We were looking to be more sustainable in our business practices and use the resources available to us... like using all our cow manure to make energy. So when the question, “Can you recycle food waste?” was asked, we said, “Yes, we will figure it out.” We are not afraid to try something new and this new endeavor fit with our mission statement. With an investment in an anaerobic digester, we were on our way to providing a sustainable solution to the massive food waste problem in this country. Our innovative spirit at Reinford Farms continues today.
