REIDCO METAL INDUSTRIES LTD. is a diversified, custom manufacturing company engaged in the fabrication of precision steel, stainless steel and aluminum products. Since incorporation in 1981, REIDCO has developed a highly skilled management and production team that has given the company a distinct reputation for consistently exceeding expectations for product quality, service and customer relations. REIDCO’s 65,000+ sq. ft. manufacturing facility, is located in the beautiful Okanagan Valley, Kelowna, B.C., giving us efficient access to customers in Alberta, British Columbia and the Pacific Northwest of the United States. Some of our larger customers are as far east as Ontario and Michigan State.

Our facility is equipped with the latest CNC equipment to facilitate high volume production-run manufacturing. Manufacturing processes include laser cutting, shearing, CNC forming, CNC punching, CNC machining, stamping and CWB certified welding. Our engineering department is equipped with Autocad, Pro – E and Solidworks 2014 cad/cam software, and custom design services are available. We are able to to download and accept many file types, such as DXF & STP. Reidco is ISO 9001 (2008) certified to ensure consistent high quality for all parts and components. We are also certified under the Controlled Goods Program, Public Works and Government Services Canada which is a requirement for the manufacture of military parts in Canada.

Engineering/Estimating

• Autocad – Pro-E Cad/Cam 3D – Solidworks modeling software to ensure the best possible accuracies and productivity
• Send or receive DXF – STP files for customer drawings
• We work with customers to develop or optimize product design and reduce costs
• Convert 2D drawings or sketches into 3D models for customer review
• Develop 3D models, produce drawings, and quote pricing from a sample part. ( reverse engineering )
• Work closely with customer’s purchasing departments and engineers / FTP sites to give our customers timely, accurate estimates and quotations giving them the tools necessary to close their orders with their customers.

Logistics/Inventory

REIDCO supplies many customers in Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest of the USA. Our experience and efficiency in meeting cross town, cross country or cross border shipping challenges, guarantees on time deliveries for our customers. We pay particular attention to safely packaging our customer’s products, so they arrive in perfect condition. This reduces time and money wasted dealing with shipping damage.We also build and inventory parts for our larger customers, allowing for reduced delivery times and just-in-time deliveries.
