Reid Roofing is a family owned and operated company and has served the Chicago land area for last 56 years under the direction of its owner. We understand that when we are contacted it is most of the time a bad situation for our customer and a unexpected cost. We try to respond to all calls within 48 hours, extreme cases within 24 hours. We give an honest evaluation of the roof system with pictures to help explain what is going on and the best options to the customer that will stop their leaks and suite there budget at the same time.

We can under normal weather conditions have a repair scheduled and completed within 7 working days after acceptance of the submitted proposal. We can have a normal flat or Chicago Bungalow completed within 3 weeks of the acceptance of the submitted proposal. we do not require any deposits, all payment s is upon completion of the proposed scope of work.

We take all nessary precautions to protect the customers building aswell as the neighbors and all landscaping with tarps and plywood sheeting. All debris are removed at the end of each work day and put into a dumpster we will supply. All repairs are guaranteed not to leak for a minimum of 1 year and completed new roof systems are guaranteed for 10 years. If the work performed does leak within the guaranteed period we will come out and repair the area at no extra charge to the customer. Normally within 48 hours.

We use only the best materials the industry has to offer and are trained in all manufactures specifications and guide lines for proper installation. We take pride in our ability to diagnose the problem, provide the customer with a proposal for what is needed only and fix it right the first time. If the problem is not roof related we will inform the customer of what we believe is the problem and our recommendation of what needs to be done. We promise not to sell a roof repair for the sake of selling a job only to tell you latter the leak is from the pent house door. Our team of estimators have over 50 years of experiance seeing and diagnosing 100's of causes of a system leakage and the training to provide you with the proper repair or replacement to stop the leaks and give you peace of mind knowing the roof is fixed and better still has a guarantee that is as good as the Company that gave it.

Kevin Ratliff is Co owner and project manager, his 16 years of job site experiance and diligent leadership insures the project is completed SAFELY, done properly, on time and on budget. He will be your contact throughout the duration of the project and on site at least 3 times per day to insure quality control.
