Who we are

Recycling Huber is a family business, founded and run by Markus Huber and Claudia Huber. The company has its roots in wood recycling - more precisely, pallet recycling. In the meantime, the company's focus has specialized in the processing and recycling of waste containing scrap metal. For over 12 years, Palettenhuber GmbH has been your recycling partner for the industry of metals, cables and pallets as well as wooden containers in Northwestern Switzerland.

We stand for flexible, punctual and uncomplicated disposal .

As the son of an entrepreneur in the regional products industry (Markthalle Basel), Markus Huber founded his own company - "Huber Palettenservice" - in Kaiseraugst in 1994 after successfully completing a trade apprenticeship. Markus Huber also worked in the Overall Cooperative as operations manager in the field of work integration. In 2008, Markus Huber was a co-founder of the B2 cooperative, which was also active in the field of work integration.
 
Claudia Huber keeps the balance in a “lean” office when dealing with customers, authorities and suppliers. She has practical experience in the craft sector as well as in the social sector and knows both the pallet and the recycling industry.
