He has served more than 10 years as President. Before joining Recycling, Inc., Tom was General Manager for Rock-Tenn Corporation; served two years as General Manager for Waldorf Corporation; and five years as General Manager at Best Recycling Subsidiary, with one year as Operations Manager of Cimino Recycling.
