The company Recycling Agram legally disposes exclusively of non-hazardous construction waste. It has a valid permit for the management of non-hazardous waste in accordance with the current legislation on sustainable waste management, i.e. to collect, recover/recycle and reuse the generated construction waste in the construction industry.

Construction waste is waste generated during the construction of buildings, reconstruction, removal and maintenance of existing buildings, as well as waste generated from excavated material that cannot be used for the construction of the building for which it was created without prior recovery. (Law on sustainable waste management NN 94/13, 73/17, 14/19 and 98/19).
