We would like to introduce ourselves as a Davenport Screw machine shop that puts "service" as our first priority. Each of our management team has over 30 years experience in the machining industry. We offer part quotes from one piece to millions in free machining brass and coppers, 416 and 303 stainless, 2000 and 6000 series aluminums, as well as low carbon free machining steels. Prior to quoting every part is reviewed by team members to establish what we believe will be the best process to maintain dimensional consistency as well as competitive pricing. Most quotes will be submitted within 72 hours but can be expedited when requested. Quotes may be submitted by fax, mail or email by .pdf, .dwg or .dxf formats.

Shop personnel follow control plans and prints generated from our Auto Cad software system. Each step of the manufacturing process is detailed and incorporates ISO standards. Our inspection equipment and tooling is extensive and methods of inspection are documented on the control plan. Final inspections are completed by the inspection department.

Several local support companies finish our products with heat treating, plating, or grinding. Our city also has several perishable tool makers to support our circular tool and specially designed drilling needs. Competitive raw material suppliers are abundant within a 90 mile radius giving us Kan-ban style service. We are also located less than 10 miles from the airport making that last minute request available for air shipments.

Our screw machines and attachments are maintained in excellent condition by our own personnel and complete rebuilds are in process on an ongoing basis. This allows us to know that each machine and attachment has the highest capabilities to hold close and consistent tolerances.
