FAST ALUMINUM EXTRUSION PROTOTYPE DELIVERY

Our Rapid Aluminum Extrusions process offers Prototype Extrusions in as little as 3 weeks. The main advantage of our Rapid Extrusion process is the ability to create Prototype Extrusions with very complex cross sections. Rapid Cut offers extrusions in Aluminum 6061 and 6063 in a variety of lengths and profiles

EXTRUSION MATERIALS

Our Rapid Extrusion process is available with profiles up to 250 MM. Rapid Extrusion process supports any request, whether that is a simple 3 inch sample, or a large production run of 300 feet. The parts are offered in both 6061 Aluminum and 6063, and offer a production level surface finish. We can support your short run and production projects up to 100,000 units.

FINISHING

Once the fabrication process is completed, you have the option of finishing your Rapid Extruded parts. Extrusions offer a production surface finish, and are typically not post processed, but we don’t want to limit your options. Finishes include Powder Coating, Painting, Silk Screening, Pad Printing, and Anodizing.
