Quality Erectors & Construction, Inc. (QEC) was founded in 1982 by Jesse and Karen Esquivel and has grown to become a leader in pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) construction serving all of Northern California. QEC is a WBE/MBE/DBE company and a union shop signatory to the California Field Ironworkers holding class B, C-51, C-13 and C-39 licenses with the State of California Contractors Licensing Bureau.

Over the years, we have designed and built a wide variety of PEMB’s including commercial buildings, manufacturing facilities, warehouse/storage buildings, churches, agricultural structures and more.

With being an authorized builder to some of the top metal building manufacturers, we also furnish and install structural steel, architectural metal paneling, insulated metal panels, and misc. metals out of our shop located in Benicia, CA.
