Price LogPro, LLC was birthed in 2008 when industry veterans Jim Krauss and Josh Krauss partnered with Baxley Equipment of Hot Springs, AR, to purchase the assets of Price Systems, Inc.  Baxley Equipment is operated by Chris Raybon, Russell Kennedy and Pat Conry, former partners of Hi-Tech Engineering, Inc., along with 13 other employee shareholders. The new company, Price LogPro, LLC, manufactures equipment at a 100,000+ sq.ft. plant in Hot Springs, AR

Price LogPro will utilize and enhance the proven Price Systems designs in the Log Crane and Drum Debarkers and capitalize on their Chipmill experience. The new company will begin operations with the current experienced personnel and continue to provide service and spare parts to Price Systems existing customer base. With over 400 years of combined forest products industry experience, Price LogPro will lead the way to a new industry standard in woodyard equipment.

Price LogPro was founded on the principle of supplying the industry heavy duty/reputable woodyard equipment with a proven background and innovative designs. This principle brought both Baxley Equipment and Price Systems together. The addition of Jim and Josh Krauss’s wealth of experience coupled with the strengths of both Baxley and Price forms a complete one source solution for woodyard technology. Jim’s strong engineering background with over 34 years of working in the forest products industry form the level of engineering, leadership and experience needed for success. Josh has a well balanced engineering and sales background and the ability to work with customers and service their needs.
