History

As a family-owned and operated business, the company began production in 1983 by making and installing trailer hitches within a 3,000-square-foot space. Within four years, Precision Steel Manufacturing Corporation expanded to an 18,000-square-foot building and began manufacturing utility trailers and making custom fabricated parts for original equipment manufacturers. As business continued to grow, the company made its third move and relocated to its current 60,000-square-foot facility in 1997. This enabled the company to serve the ever-changing needs of the customers and industries by adding new equipment and machinery, and to increase the overall workforce to offer a full line of products and services. The company has since acquired an even larger 105,000-square-foot building to allow for future growth and expansion.
