We specialize in pan stairs, rails, and landings, but we are equipped and able to fabricate almost any non-ornamental miscellaneous steel item. Over the last 27 years, we have established a reputation for professionalism and workmanship, first in southeast Alabama and then throughout the country.

History

Established in 1987.

In 1987, Precision Welding and Fabrication opened in Dothan, AL, specializing in subcontracting handrails. Later on, the business incorporated and became Precision Steel, Inc. Over the years, the operation grew in size and scope. In the early 90s, Precision Steel relocated to Abbeville, AL, and products had expanded to include stairs, landings, and most other miscellaneous steel items. Around 2000, a second shop dedicated to sheet metal fabrication began operation.
