PRA is a company that is highly future-oriented and makes a major contribution to environmental relief through well-planned and high-quality work.

We see the implementation of an environmental quality and safety management system in accordance with the international standards EN ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 as an important step towards a better, safer and more environmentally friendly future. In order not only to meet the high security requirements, but also to proactively set positive accents, we decided in 2019 to transfer the existing management system for security to the ISO 45001 standard and to further develop it.

The principles formulated below are therefore seen as a management task of the highest priority and are shared responsibly by every employee.

(1) The recycling process is controlled by a number of environmental and safety-relevant laws and requirements. We guarantee verifiable compliance with these regulations by carrying out regular self-checks.

(2) Already when the materials are picked up on the construction site, the correct sorting of the materials is very important to us, so that the material can be delivered clean and efficient work can be made possible.

(3) When storing the delivered materials, we pay attention to the greatest possible cleanliness, good separation and the least possible pollution from odor or dust for employees and residents.

(4) Guaranteed quality of the delivered material is our greatest concern. For this purpose, the material is subjected to constant quality controls.

(5) Recycling has become very important and an important branch of the economy. We therefore try to hire good staff with appropriate remuneration. Training courses and regular meetings guarantee the high level of competence of the employees in environmental, quality and safety issues.

(6) The employees are our potential and important for the success of the company. Through proactive thinking and analysis as well as active involvement and participation of employees in further development, we try to analyze hazards on an ongoing basis and reduce accidents to a minimum.

(7) In the transport and processing of materials, we are guided by the latest technology. We actively involve employees in further development, conduct training courses and thereby try to reduce the burden on employees, people and nature.

(8) By sensitizing and educating customers, we want to motivate them to participate in our circular thinking in order to improve the efficiency of the recycling process.

(9) With the focus of our actions described above, we want to systematically improve ourselves in order to offer higher quality with the best safety standards and at the same time lower environmental pollution.

(10) Our goal is to work economically in order to guarantee the continued success of the company.
