For almost 65 years, PPM has been producing high-purity non-ferrous metals and their compounds for the electronics, optoelectronics, photovoltaics and PET industries. Our highly specialized product range also includes ultra-pure metals (up to 7N5 quality) and compounds of the elements antimony, arsenic, cadmium, copper, gallium, germanium, indium, lead, tellurium and tin. We operate production and recycling facilities in Langelsheim and Osterwieck, Germany.

Research & Development

Our products are used in a wide variety of technological applications. The list ranges from III / V or II / VI semiconductor components, through glass fibers for optical signal transmission, catalysts for chemical processes, infrared optics, molecular beam epitaxy, right through to shielding neutrons in nuclear technology.

The production of metals in 7N quality is a technically demanding process. In electronics and optoelectronics, however, such purity is often necessary, since this is the only way to achieve the required physical properties for electronic and optoelectronic devices.

Our customers know us as a reliable supplier of high quality products. So that we can continue to meet the growing demands in terms of costs and quality in the future, we are constantly working on optimizing our processes, further developing existing products and developing new ones.

PPM Pure Metals is a flexible service provider when it comes to high-purity metals (5N to 7N) and their inorganic compounds (e.g. hydroxides, oxides, chlorides, sulphates and sulphides).
