PS&E manufactures high quality barrels and screws for injection, extrusion, thermoset injection and blow molding machines. We manufacture barrel end cap adapters, screw tip assemblies, nozzles, nozzle tips and tie bars. We also offer reconditioning services for barrels and screws.

Our inventory includes over 1000 barrels and screws, so we will likely have what you need. If we don't have your barrel or screw on the shelf, we can manufacture your barrel or screw using a print from our extensive digital library or create a new print from your sample part. 

To accommodate your special needs, we also specialize in Custom Design, Upsize/Downsize Conversions, Thermoplastic/Thermoset Conversions, Engineering, Troubleshooting and Preventative Maintenance.
