Why We Started Pinky's Trash

Pinky's Trash began after seeing a problem that many rural communities know all too well. Families were paying for trash service, but often felt overlooked by larger providers. Rural customers were frequently treated as a lower priority despite paying the same rates and expecting the same level of service.

Melissa believed there was a better way.
