History

The Company began in 1947 as a small machining business in downtown Milwaukee. By 1967, the company’s growth precipitated a move to New Berlin, Wisconsin, into a new 16,000 square foot facility. Again the company began to grow and five years later we added on additional 4,000 square feet of space.

The company specialized in automatic screw machine products. But in 1994, A.S. Pindel added CNC machining to supplement its business abilities. In 1995 Anton S. Pindel, company President and owner, passed away. In his tribute, the company was re-named in his honor from Screws Inc. to A.S. Pindel Corp.

In 2002 the A.S. Pindel Corp. opened a second plant next door to the main plant. This plant is dedicated solely to the company’s CNC machine operations. Over the past decade, the company has continued to invest heavily in additional capabilities needed for the future: CNC Swiss turning machines; the latest CNC lathes, vertical machining centers and metrology equipment; programming and quality-specific software that better serves our customers; and, ISO 9001:2015 certification. These investments continue as does a commitment to continuous improvement.
