Our repair service begins with a free estimate that will tell you the cost of the requested work and how long you can expect it to take. From there, you’ll be entered into our Repair Tracking System, which follows the status of your jewelry at all times (we’ll let you know it’s complete with phone or e-mail updates), and also provides us—and you—with a history for every piece we service.
