Since 1932 Perry have been buying & selling high quality used process plant and equipment worldwide to companies in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, sugar, plastic & rubber, fishmeal and paper industries. 

The Perry group have one of the most extensive inventories of used process equipment with over 25,000 items available.

Perry Process Equipment is the European Head Quarters.  We primarily deal with equipment for the chemical, pharmaceutical & food industries. Our 6 acre site in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham includes a 20,000 sqft warehouse where we hold the majority of our stock. Most of our equipment is immediately available for sale.

Our History

Perry Epstein formed his company, Perry Equipment & Supply Co. in 1932 in Philadelphia, USA.

An engineer by training, Perry saw the value of used process equipment during the Great Depression.
His vision of high quality equipment for a competitive price still drives our company today.

During the early 1950’s the company started to manufacture new pressure vessels and heat exchangers alongside its used equipment division.

By the start of the 1970’s, Perry’s used equipment division, which had originally focused on chemical process equipment, had expanded into additional industries including Plastics, Pulp & Paper, Sugar and Pharmaceuticals.

The original company is now called Perry Videx and is headquartered in New Jersey, USA.

Perry’s first international venture was in 1990 when they established a European Business Division based in the UK that is Perry Process Equipment Ltd.

Over the years several other international offices have been established to cater for the global nature of the business and to ensure the highest quality service and the largest range of stock for our customers.
