Don Sircy founded Performance Manufacturing Inc. in 1972 as a family owned/operated business in Lilburn, Georgia. Mr. Sircy's passion was supplying refrigerated food manufacturers with the highest quality/cost-effective packaging solutions. In 1992, after 20 years of working along side his father, Steve Sircy took the reins to carry on his father's passion of providing high quality/cost-effective packaging solutions to the refrigerated foods industry, cosmetic's and medical industries.
