KEY PERSONNEL & FIELD STAFF

Paul Rich Roofing and Construction Inc. has compiled a list of key employees that oversee all projects. These employees work as a team and are required to put the necessary man hours into these projects to ensure that all aspects are completed to the specifications outlined in the contract documents.

Paul Rich – President

Paul is a Technical Advisor with 28 years of roofing experience. He has 16 years of successful ownership with Paul Rich Roofing & Construction, Inc. He is highly proficient in project estimating & project management. He is currently a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association, Arizona Roofing Contractor’s Association, Western States Roofing Association & the Metal Roofing Alliance.

Sharon Rich – Vice President/Secretary/Treasurer

Sharon oversees all financial aspects including, but not limited to, accounts receivables, monthly invoicing & accounts payables. She also oversees health care insurance and 401K programs. She maintains a close relationship with highly experienced accountants & insurance professionals. Has 16 years of successful ownership with Paul Rich Roofing & Construction, Inc.

Wayne Pratt Jr. – General Manager – 15 Years Experience

Wayne oversees the daily operations and personnel of Paul Rich Roofing. He is highly proficient in estimating, assisting and managing of projects. With his 15 years of experience in construction, roofing and metal applications, he has a sound understand of all these system. He is currently a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association, Arizona Roofing Contractor’s Association, Western States Roofing Association & the Metal Roofing Alliance.

Debbie Grieninger – Office Manager – 14 years employment with PRR

Has 25 years experience in the roofing industry. She is proficient in all aspects of front office & customer service duties. Debbie oversees all accounts payable data entry and all payroll duties. She is experienced in OCIP, SCIP & Prevailing Wage payroll programs and oversees workers compensation claims and any personnel-related issues.

Carlos Aragon – Metal Superintendent – 9 years employment with PRR

16 years experience in metal fabrication, installation and crew supervision.

Hugo Guillen

8 years experience in metal fabrication, installation and crew supervision.

Juan Benitez

14 years experience in metal fabrication, installation and crew supervision.
