Pacific Potash was formally named as Silverlake Resources Inc. Pacific Potash Corp. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties in Canada. It holds an option agreement to earn 100% interest in the Bonanza River Property located on the east and south side of Nimpkish Lake on northern Vancouver Island. The company was formerly known as Silver Lake Capital Inc. and changed its name to Silver Lake Resources Inc. in July 2007. Pacific Potash Corp. was founded in 2006 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
